Club Membership Terms
- I authorize FOXEN to automatically charge the credit card on file in my account prior to each club shipment; I understand that the price of each club shipments varies by club type, wines selected, and shipping state; I understand that the frequency of club shipments is dependent on the club type selected.
- I understand that my club membership will auto-renew until cancelled, either by me or FOXEN; I am aware that I may cancel my club membership by email ([email protected]) or by phone (805.937.4251 x107).
- I agree to receive 1 year of club shipments prior to cancelling my membership. In the event that I must cancel prior to fulfilling my 1 year committment, FOXEN may charge an adminstrative fee of $50 to the credit card on file in my account.
- I agree to pick up my club shipment within 30 days if applicable; unclaimed club shipments will be shipped to the shipping address on file in my account and a shipping fee will be charged to the credit card on file in my account.
- I am aware that I am responsible for all costs incurred if my club shipment is undeliverable when shipped due to outdated or inaccurate information.
- I understand that FOXEN may place my club shipment on "weather hold" and only ship when they feel it is safe for the wine.
- I understand that FOXEN has the right to refuse membership or terminate membership at any time.
- By submitting the Wine Club Sign Up Form I certify that I am, and/or the recipient of this gift is, at least 21 years of age; and that I am aware that the government requires an adult over the age of 21 to sign for a wine shipment at the time of its delivery or pick up.
