In the event of any conflict between the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum and the Privacy Policy in relation to the subject matter provided herein, the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum shall take precedent.

Under no circumstances will Foxen Vineyard, Inc. sell or share your name, mobile telephone number, or other personal information with third-parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
