July 25, 2009: Master and Commander Club Luncheon Our M&C club members are invited to join us for another deliciously relaxing afternoon on the lawn of Dick's family's historic home across from the winery. This is open only to Master and Commander Club members! August 8, 2009: Anchor Club Members only Barbecue at the Rancho Tinaquaic Oak Grove. Join us for a fun filled afternoon of laid back fun with music provided by the Foss Brothers and the delectable delights of Cowboy Caterin'. 2-5pm/$60 per person. Dick and Jenny are excited to team up with this East Bay Culinary "star", as they plan to pair our newest 2007 vintage releases with the excellent faire of Wood Tavern and Farmstead Cheese. September 24, 2009: WInemaker dinner at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla Join Jenny & Dick as they host a very special evening pairing Foxen's wines with the cuisine of this outstanding restaurant--over-looking the Pacific Ocean and immediately adjacent to the 18th-hole of the Torrey Pines Golf Course. $105 per person plus tax and gratuity. A star-studded gathering of internationally celebrated chefs and fine wine and spirit purveyors will serve in honor of the occasion. CONSTRUCTION UPDATE!! Work on our new facility is still moving along at a feverish pace. Our warehouse was completed in April and the winery building is about 80% done. Our hospitality building is also coming along---with completion set for late summer. We'll keep you posted as completion of both the winery and tasting room nears.	New Tasting Room!
In case you are wondering what will become of our existing beloved tasting "shack", we want our fans to know that it will become "foxen 7200" where we will feature our bordeaux-style and "Cal-Ital" wines. You will be able to taste our Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, and Rhone-Style wines at the new tasting room. We hope that you will visit us at both places in the near future.
Santa Barbara Vintners' Foundation gives "The Foxen Boys" Humanitarian Award

Foxen is featured in "John Cleese's: Wine for the Confused" currently showing on the Food Network. Monty Python veteran, wine lover and very funny man, John Cleese, visits Foxen's Dick and Bill and learns about making great Merlot. A DVD was also released. Look for it in stores or in the Foxen Tasting Room. A review of the DVD was featured in USA Today with a great photo of Dick, Bill and John!
